How Porch Pickup Works: ZIP, Bag, Leave It Out
ClosetKind picks up clothing and shoes by neighborhood on set days across northwest Houston and Memorial. Here's the whole process — there are only three steps.

Enter your ZIP
Type your ZIP code in the booking form. We'll show your neighborhood route and its next two pickup dates — pick one, add your address and you're booked. It takes about a minute.

Bag it up — 3 bags or more
Pack clothing, shoes, linens and accessories in tied bags or closed boxes. Home pickup starts at 3 bags or boxes; a label that says "ClosetKind" helps our driver spot them.

Leave it out by 8 AM
On your zone day, set the bags on the porch, by the garage or at the curb by 8:00 AM. You don't need to be home — we'll text a reminder the day before.

Pickup questions
Why can't I choose any day of the week?
We drive one neighborhood route per day, so each ZIP code has a set zone day. Grouping stops this way keeps pickup free for everyone.
What if I only have one or two bags?
Home pickup needs 3 or more bags or boxes. Text us at (346) 643-0419 and we'll point you to the nearest drop-off bin.
Do I get a confirmation?
Yes — you'll see your date on screen right after booking, and we text a reminder the day before your pickup.
